Position Responsibilities:
- Create a positive customer experience by effectively communicating with the electrical manager and customer on items including but not limited to; job status, delays, inspection timelines and any other issues that arise.
- Mentor team members under his/her care to achieve desired performance metrics and assist in cultivating each co-workers growth.
- Provide electrical services, rough-ins, trim outs and service projects in a timely manner meeting local and NEC codes.
- Provide electrical service and/or repair to customer’s property as needed.
- Coordinate with utility service providers (NES, MTEMC, CEMC, etc.) and local code officials to ensure proper guidelines are established.
- Complete all required documentation on services and collect, record, and deliver fees to designated office administration.
- Facilitate order for all parts & materials required for jobs and ensure preparedness for the day of work.
- Submit purchase orders to admin or other designated purchasing team administrators.
- Facilitate rescheduling customer work if additional is required.
- Transport materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned tools.
- Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried if issued.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate job objectives are met effectively and completely.
- Inform a manager if the customer does not have electrical services before leaving the call.
- Train, coach, and mentor apprentices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- State license in your trade – Journeyman
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- A minimum of four years’ experience preferred but not required in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse electrical service issues.
- A valid driver’s license and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
- Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
- Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC related equipment and accessories in accordance to the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Install gas lines, flue pipes, and wiring for both high and low voltage wiring applications as well as run flue liners.
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.
- Perform start-ups on heating, cooling systems and other components.
- Perform limited diagnostics, as necessary.
- Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
- Braze copper joints without leaks.
- Pull vacuums on refrigerant systems and test for tightness.
- Install and program all versions of thermostats.
- Install, wire and plumb all IAQ products.
