Vectra replaced my AC system. Having previously worked doing system replacements myself I knew what a quality job should look like and what was required of this replacement. This was not an easy replacement and provided them several challenges but they did an outstanding job. Troy, Larry and Alberto exceeded my high expectations with their workmanship, their professionalism and their friendliness. I had Vectra Mechanical put in a smart thermostat in my house. I bought an Ecobee3 smart thermostat, only to get home and find out I only had two wires ran in the wall. Matt came out, and not only told me I needed more wires ran, but that the current wires were not the correct ones anyway. Matt ran an 8 wire strand of cable to replace the old wiring. I only needed 4 wires at most since all I have is heat, but Matt said running the extra wires would be best so that I could expand the system later down the road. After running the wires, Matt was able to quickly hook them up to my 21 year old furnace (I had no idea what was going on in there with all the wires). All said and done it took maybe a hour and a half at most. I would recommend Matt and Vectra Mechanical to anyone who has HVAC needs! I plan on having him replace my furnace with A/C when the old one bites the dust! These guys rock! Read Less

I've had a couple of excellent experiences with Vectra Mechanical. I have a boiler system which is more than 50 years old in my home. Vectra has provided maintenance service to keep it running in tip top shape. Every tech has been knowledgeable, professional, on time (last appt they even called and said they could be out an hour sooner for the appt), and provided feedback on their service. Their prices are reasonable. I've had other companies come out and they have all tried to convince me to 'upgrade' my system. Not Vectra. Would highly recommend them. Read Less

I discovered Vectra on the web last year and decided to give them a shot (mostly due to their high ratings and reviews I read). After a few repair experiences, we just going through a new HVAC system (replacing a 16 y/o furnace and adding A/C) and they did a great job and at a reasonable price. They are super responsive and have been able to come out same day (sometimes within hours) when we've needed it. Highly recommend. Read Less

Called Vectra this AM for a heating issue at my home. I was referred to them by Planet Plumbing. Vectra got me into their schedule right away, and I had a tech at my house 1.5 hours before I was expecting him. Levi was awesome! He explained everything to me, did a thorough inspection of my system, and fixed it promptly. Pricing was upfront, fair, and honest. I will absolutely call them for all future HVAC needs. Read Less
