Vectra Mechanical is quickly becoming a fabulous addition to our list of Trusted Vendors! Tom Griffin, Randy, Adam, Zach, Levi, John, as well as those that I don't know the names of, but they volunteered to replace a boiler and two hot water tanks that got flooded out, and caught fire. They were there well into the night! They are extremely thorough, explain things in terms anyone can understand, they are professional AND FAST to respond, emergency or not!! Our boiler started acting up the Friday after Christmas. Our usual boiler guy was out of town and we couldn't wait for him to return. I called Vectra for help and they sent Patrick out the same morning. He was prompt, very kind, patient, and knew exactly how to resolve our issue in less than an hour.
