Had Vectra service my swamp cooler after I installed a motor myself and overtightened the belt. Nick came out, diagnosed the issue correctly, walked me through the fix, and then implemented it. It wasn’t cheap, but nothing is cheap these days. Nick also nicely folded my ladder, put away my tools, gave me detailed instructions on how to lube and maintain my new bearings that he installed, and was generally very professional. Used Vectra for a second opinion to repair a swamp cooler. Was on the fritz only 7 years in and the original installation company recommended replacing it. We weren’t convinced so had Vectra take a look. Nick came out right on time, and was really great, very methodical and patient in his diagnosis, and persistent to find the root issue without giving up. We have an evaporative cooler that was installed on our roof by Vectra Mechanical in July 2024. Since then, a technician visits to Winterize the system in the late Fall, do a routine maintenence check, and then reconnect everything when Spring comes. Justin did that work in late April. As always with Vectra technicians, that work was timely, thorough, efficient, and responsive to our needs. We always need a little re-training on using the thermostat controls, although they are quite simple, and he was very helpful in that regard. This time. Justine showed me how to disconnect and reconnect the water line if we have unseasonable, freezing temperatures. We always appreciate the good service from Vectra! Read Less
