Had Vectra service my swamp cooler after I installed a motor myself and overtightened the belt. Nick came out, diagnosed the issue correctly, walked me through the fix, and then implemented it. It wasn’t cheap, but nothing is cheap these days. Nick also nicely folded my ladder, put away my tools, gave me detailed instructions on how to lube and maintain my new bearings that he installed, and was generally very professional. Used Vectra for a second opinion to repair a swamp cooler. Was on the fritz only 7 years in and the original installation company recommended replacing it. We weren’t convinced so had Vectra take a look. Nick came out right on time, and was really great, very methodical and patient in his diagnosis, and persistent to find the root issue without giving up. Nick came out to my son in law’s house to check the air conditioning system. He was very polite, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. He checked the whole system and found it in good shape except for a fan capacitor (?). He emailed my SIL the quote and came back the next week to install it. While he was at the house, he engaged with my 3 year old grandson who was very interested in what Nick was doing. Hiring Vectra for our AC was a no brainer! They were had many options, payment plans, a quick turnaround AND their pricing was the best of all our quotes!
